Director
Julie Denman
Julie has a Bcom in Business Management and has worked in a large variety of both corporate and industrial roles including large infrastructure companies, corporate banks and offshore Oil and Gas fields.
Throughout her career she has been involved in creating best practice models, implementing policies and procedures, creating customer service desks, administration and logistics.
Director and Course Facilitator
Tom Denman
Tom has a passion for instructing and coaching skills in a practical and manageable way that delivers the most for an individual learner. Tom has spent 7 years working in the emergency service sector as a frontline responder and field training officer. Tom has been a volunteer Lifeguard for 17 years. Through this he has been mostly in the instructor, facilitator and examiner / assessor roles, where he has developed a strong skill set in course delivery, development and adult learning techniques.
Tom leans on relevant Subject Matter Experts along with his course development experience to create and deliver an engaging, hands on approach to get the best experience for our learners.

Kate Suter
Kate has a bachelor of Physiotherapy from Otago University and is a current business manager of a private practice. Kate has also been a volunteer Surf Lifeguard for 14 years, has had 8 years experience in facilitating, developing and leading a variety of practical and engaging courses with a strong focus on leadership, health and safety and wellness. Kate has a strong skill set in facilitating courses to get the best out of individuals, assessing to appropriate standards and developing individuals along the way.

Terry Denman
Terry commenced his working career as a craft apprentice at BP Chemicals U.K. in 1976.
To date Terry has 46 years worldwide best practice industry experience having worked in Chemical, Water, Nuclear, Off-Shore, Explosives, Oil, Gas and LNG facilities in the U.K. Saudi Arabia, Libya, New Zealand, Russia, China and Australia.
He has gained many professional qualifications during his working life including Incorporated Engineer IET U.K. Fellow of Engineers Australia, EWRB NZ Electrician, Electrical Engineer and Registered Inspector. Worksafe NZ Certified Gas Filler and Member of IRHACE NZ.
As our subject matter expert Terrys vision is to pass on his depth and breadth of knowledge to help others work safer, smarter and more efficiently.
